The Purpose
To provide offensive linemen, defensive linemen and coaches with an opportunity to develop their skills
and knowledge of line play in football. This is a two-day contact intensive application of offensive and defensive line
fundamentals. Sessions will take place on the field and in the classroom. Other topics include proper weight lifting,
nutrition and the importance of school.
Coaches are encouraged to register also with the opportunity to learn alongside the pros.

Scott Flory
Scott, the founder of www.oline.ca, is an offensive lineman for the Montreal Alouettes.
He was the CFL’s Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 2008 and 2009. He has
been named a CFL All Star 8 times in his career and is a three time Grey Cup
champion with the Alouettes in 2002, 2009 & 2010.

Cost
PLAYERS: $125.00, which includes a jersey, T-shirt, workbook and lunches.
